Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
You obviously haven't been looking at my photo! But I quite agree, nakedness is one thing we Modestas are trying to overcome - why not go the whole hog, and cover the entire head, neck and shoulders?!
