| Introduction | Kyle and I live down in Phoenix, where you sweat in places you didn't know existed. However, the winter is great and we have found out how much we like the southern flavor of the west. We have been married just over a year and don't know how we have come this far. Come to find out, Kyle kicks out all the sheets I tuck in everyday. On the other hand, I guess I feel the urge to sing "good morning, good morning" so I don't have to watch him sleep while I get ready in the early am. Luckily, we have made it through the first year and are still smiling. After all, I have learned how Kyle can sweet talk any representative into giving us what we need. (I am still trying to learn that you can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.) And he has come to love all the CVS trips that result in bags of necessities for only $0.19. We are both learning during such a crazy adventure. I am getting my master's in Speech-language pathology at ASU and Kyle is working full time. He will be starting school again in January...then he will once again remember how homework feels! We miss all our family in Vegas and Utah and can't wait to see them again soon! |
