| Introduction | HI!! I am Tracey Ruel. I am a mom of 3 kids. We have a crazy fun life in Florida!! I recently lost 30lbs by getting back to the basics: eating right and exercising. I began my journey with running and then found my way with Beachbody and lost most of my weight doing Insanity Max 30.
