| Introduction | Hi Everyone! I’m MaddieZ LBD (that’s Little Brown Dog just in case you don’t know.) and my mom is Nickie Zavinsky. I’m a rescue, originally from Alabama, but they flew me out to Santa Cruz to my forever mom, NickieZ. I’m spunky, with personality plus and an under bite which gives my face a rascally look! Mom says it's very endearing. She‘s a pet sitter and now, so am I! We’re a team! How cool is that? Our business is Old Friends Pet Support. I feel so lucky! So now, let me tell you a little bit about my mom, Nickie Zavinsky and our business Old Friends Pet Support. After pet sitting part time for a few years Mom decided to make it her full time career. In 2003 she founded A Walk in the Park, In Home Pet Care. Soon realizing that there was a need for specialized care for senior and special needs pets, she changed her business focus and founded Old Friends Pet Support. We pet sit for young and old alike regardless of health or age and work all over the county. My mom Nickie and I, love caring for animals so this is the perfect career for both of us!
