Introduction As a regional manager and customer service manager for an IT company in St. Louis, MO, I have traveled to most major U.S. cities performing hundreds of job aptitude assessments and interviews for technical and non-technical positions. I have assisted many unemployed workers for the past 18 years and will continue to provide professional guidance to everyone who is a victim of downsizing. I am also an author of a guidebook that assists individuals who are employed and unemployed with focusing on being prepared, having a game plan, and executing that plan for employment survival. The book’s title “Mr. and Mrs. Smith’s Employment Survival Guide” breaks down the different challenges and methods to achieve the ultimate goal, surviving. Chapters include; preparing for a job loss, everything you need to know about unemployment, writing the right resume for the right job, interviewing etiquette, and maintaining your current job. I am a graduate of the University of Phoenix with an Arts in Business degree and my organizational and management experiences have fully prepared me for this supportive direction.
