| Introduction | I practice as a licenses relationship and sexuality counsellor in Johannesburg, South Africa. I have an intense focus on the human condition in relation to our sexuality. Our sexuality doesn't dictate who we are but our experience of our sexuality sure influences our quality of life. Self-esteem, sexual self-esteem, the family, culture and society we were brought up in, our experiences throughout life...all of these are influencing factors in how we experience ourselves as sexual beings and how we express our sexuality. This also becoming evident in the relationships we choose and the quality thereof (quality being such a worthwhile pursuit). My days are dedicated to gaining knowledge to serve individuals, couples, educate little ones, adolescents, parents, parents-to-be, and finding new ways of reaching more people.
