Well, I don't want to talk your ears off (or read your eyes out) but I can answer this question, unlike the other stupid random ones I was given.A team can be compared to a cow. And we all know how delicious cows are. Anyway, the team has to be like a cow, with its various parts working in unision with one another. If that doesn't happen, the cow dies and the team fails.
