Introduction I am a Maths teacher who loves cars, motorbikes and bicycles. I like interesting types and what I find interesting varies. As a kid I worked at my Dad's garage and rebuilt my MG Midget (1965 mkII) which I used for university and beyond. I had it for seven years but never got a roof until I sold it, which is what a young man can do that an old one won’t! I then had a few MGBs and Beetles among a host of other short term vehicles such as a Beach Buggy. One Christmas my friends and I agreed to ride to the south of France for our summer holidays which meant that I needed to learn to ride a bike, I did and loved it. I then had a period where bikes were all important and included a Suzuki Dr Big, GSXR 1100 (x2), Honda Fireblade (x2), Yamaha FZR1000 & R1, Cagiva Raptor and a Vespa LX125. I currently have a Triumph Thruxton R. When I moved into teaching I had to downsize so the Boxster and the bike were chopped in. To make up for the misery I bought a kit and built my first kit car. Having finished two I am now onto the Healey 100 BN1, but slowly.
Interests Like interesting motor powered vehicles including: Classic cars, motor cycles & scooters, kit cars, fast cars, convertible cars, American cars and trucks. Also like cycling, I cycle to work and do the odd sportive. I like football and follow my club, Spurs, madly. I like being on holiday. I like a glass of beer and I love my dog but most of all I love my wife.
