Introduction	Hello folks! This is Tracy and welcome to my blog. A little about me. I am 58 years old and I've had Tourettes since I was 7, but not diagnosed until I was 24. I also have ADD, OCD, PMS, stinky feet and bad breath. I still have all of my hair, however! I have been a member of the Board of Directors of the Rocky Mountain Region Tourette Syndrome Assoc.(TSA) for over 20 years and have given many talks at symposiums for diverse groups: professionals in the movement disorder field, police groups, etc. I started this blog to share my stories and experiences with everyone, and to share yours as well. Also; I hope to be able to give some practical advice if needed to anyone or family members who struggle with a Tourette patient in their lives. I have written a book which contains some of this advice I've given over the years, as well as some of the crazy creative stuff my weird and overactive brain has spewed out.
