Introduction	I am a Master Mariner and still work in the marine industry. I live in South Africa, but spend a lot of time travelling in general and cruising the European Inland Waterways in particular aboard our Dutch Steel Motor Cruiser - Shangri-La 2. My other love is food and cooking, and of course wine. My wife Karen, and I are vegetarian, and aspirant vegans.
