| Introduction | The IOV Youth Program and Commission were officially formed at the 2007 General Assembly. Recognizing that the youth of today are the leaders of tomorrow, UNESCO has encouraged Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) to form youth programs in order to prepare young people for the work that lies ahead. |
