Introduction I love to bake. My grandmother and my mother loved to bake also. Perhaps it's something I was born with. In 2009, for health reasons, my son and I went gluten free. I have never looked back, and continue to strive to make delicious things accessible to people like us. I am also Dairy, Refined Sugar and Soy free, and want to share the things I find with the rest of the world.
