Smaller Fun Pants is a blog about my weight loss journey. I don't claim to be an expert on fitness or dieting. My posts deal with my weight loss, intuitive/mindful eating approaches, health, fitness, and all of the mental aspects to healthy living. The Happy Fun Pants blog was my first one and is just my way to vent, keep in touch, and keep others laughing. I don't update it as often.
