Introduction Many of my friends have been curious about how I feed my family interesting vegetarian and vegan meals on a daily basis. For many, it's challenging to make just one meatless meal. I love to cook, and my primary focus is unprocessed, whole-grain, mostly plant-based foods. I haven't had beef or pork since 1998, and a few years ago cut down on poultry (I still eat fish). I hope to decrease disease risk in my family by eliminating many of the animal-based products from our diet. I hope some of these recipes, cooking tips and ideas inspire you to eat healthier. Salud!
