| Introduction | Xin Chao people, My name is Hanneke and I live in Vietnam since 2007. To celebrate my 5 year anniversary I'll be cycling my way down from Hanoi to Saigon in February to raise money for charity (also see www.justgiving.com/Hanneke-Mallegrom ) I'm well known for loving food and especially the wide variety of food available here in the city. So for me, apart from cycling the 2000km, eating very basic food will be another major challenge. I therefore started my 'Pho'ndraising blog. Friends have promised to donate for every bowl of Pho I eat along the way. Pictures of bowls of noodle soup will therefore be the main ingredient of this blog.
