Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
To prevent fish from having bicycles is aggregious and offensive! I believe strongly that as americans, NO, as HUMAN BEINGS...we should NOT REST until EVERY fish has a bicycle of their own! Thank you..
