| Introduction | The IDLO Intellectual Property Resource Person for Indonesia obtained his SH from University of Indonesia & LL.M in European Law from University of Groningen, NL. He further studied Arbitration at the College of Estate Management of Reading University, & Maritime Law at the Lloyds Maritime Academy of London Metropolitan University, UK. He studied further in Rome & in Sydney. He is an Advocate; Capital Markets Legal Consultant; Linguist (Sworn Translator & Court-Room Interpreter: Dutch, English, French & Indonesian); Bankruptcy Receiver & Administrator; Accredited Arbitrator & Mediator. He teaches at the Graduate Notarial School of the University of Indonesia. He is very active in various fora & has delivered various trainings in the areas of corporate law, contract law, arbitration & ADR, IPR, oil & gas, & procurement (global supply chain management). This multilingual & multi-talented jurist was the Private Secretary to HE the Ambassador EP of the Republic of Indonesia to Romania, concurrently accredited to the Republic of Moldova. He is also an author & blogger; philatelist & numismatist. |
