About me

Introduction	I'm Kay. And this blog (yakity-yak-yak)was inspired by my BFF of 40+ years, Corinne, who asked me if I knew anyone "our age" who blogged. I didn't. The only bloggers I knew were stay-at-home moms with cute little kids who bake, sew, and do crafts. (I know-stereotypical, but still), so in order to remedy the situation, here's a blog of someone who "used to be" a stay at home mom with cute little kids who baked, sewed, and did crafts (that is until I had the courage to admit I don't really like those things-the baking and sewing that is-I do LIKE THE KIDS, and the jury is still out on crafts.) Enjoy my blog. It may come to a screeching halt when my computer-savy daughter leaves for college in a few months. (That's the REAL reason no one "our age" blogs: the computer is just too "tricky" for us CSLLs (Computer as a second language learners.)
