| Introduction | Bio:-Pankaj Pandey is a Jharkhand-based youth leader working on unemployment, youth policy and democratic participation. His work has been covered extensively in print and digital media, especially around the "Yuva ko Puchho" initiative, which focuses on involving youth in policy decision. With an academic background in Political Science, he began his public life through Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), where he was actively involved in student rights and educational reform movements. During the 2019 Jharkhand Assembly Elections, he served as State Media Convener, BJP Jharkhand, and later as State Social Media Co-Convener in 2024 Loksabha and Assembly Elections in Jharkhand, contributing to political communication, digital outreach, and campaign strategy for multiple MPs and MLAs.
