| Introduction | Hi everyone, here is a little bit about myself. I not only remember the date but the time as well, April 26th 2005 at 10:20PM. That was the day and hour I started having chest pains from the exact seat I'm now tpying in. Yes I was having a heart attack. I drove myself to the hospital where numerous tests were performed. Needless to say I failed one test after another. The final test was called a cardio catherization. This procediure involved sticking a small camera through your main artery in your groin area. Not Fun. This procedure allows the doctor to determine if your arteries are blocked. I had four arteries blocked 90%. That day changed the way I think about health and prompted me to start this blog. |
