Introduction	18th Amendment is the product of two chefs based out of San Francisco. John Silva is the chef and owner of Culinary Eye Catering and Collins Anderson has an extensive background working in some of the cities best restaurants. After going to the same high school, they each went their separate ways to attend college. After college, John and Collins returned to the Bay Area and began working independently in the culinary world. As luck would have it, they soon found themselves working in a couple of restaurants together and have been cooking as a team since.
