| Introduction | Why Ruby Red? I regained my confidence when I lost all the weight I had gained during my pregnancies through consistency in exercise and an easy to follow balanced portion controlled eating plan. I weigh less than I ever did in high school and now the have the confidence to wear Ruby Red lipstick or a Ruby Red dress, something I have never been willing to do in the past because I never wanted to be noticed, I wanted to fade into the background because I didn't have self-confidence. My new passion is to have other ladies feel as great as I now do by finding their confidence through healthy habits, positive thinking, motivation and encouragement. |
