Hemingway and Mark Twain are personal favorites of mine. Books that I love: The Robert Greene books (48 Laws of Power, etc.), The Alchemist, Tales of a Female Nomad, Les Miserables, Fight Club, The Blind Side, and the Fab Five (Mitch Albom).
