| Introduction | I have been working in Chicago real estate since 1984. Initially I started out financing commercial properties with Marty Mudron at Marco Financial, then started IRE Funding Corporation with Ward Alred of Investor's Real Estate in Lincoln Park. In 1989 I got my real estate license and began brokering in 1990. Through my career I have been involved in Syndications, Developments, Acquisitions, Dispositions, Feasibility Studies, Property Management, Sales Training & Coaching, Residential Internets Sales and Software Development. My geographical range of expertise is primarily north eastern Illinois, but primarily the Chicago MSA.
