| Introduction | My friends call me Hoff (short for Hoffman). I'm a whole-food, plant-based, oil-free vegan chick. Many of my obsessions just happen to resolve around living and eating healthy and so the Healthy Hoff blog was born. I am a Certified Health Coach, have a Certificate in Holistic Nutrition from the American College of Healthcare Sciences, have completed the Reversing Common Diseases & Starch Solution programs from Dr. McDougall's Health & Medical Center, have a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University, have a Professional Plant-Based Certification from the Rouxbe Cooking School, and many more… I have also racked in over 77,000 hours of research (give or take a few).
