| Introduction | I love food and my body expresses that love of food sad to say, but there is something about chowing down on some good lasagna or well made bacon cheese burger and curling up with some chips on the couch late at night that makes me feel like everything is going to be alright. I know I use food to stuff down my real feelings; feelings I have never learned to navigate, but I can find a way to polish off most carbohydrates and put myself in a wonderful food coma. Someday I’ll deal with the feelings but for now the food thing is working for me, maybe I’ll find away to make better food choices and deal with my large body and avoid the feelings all together and have it all; the food and a healthy body; why not anything is possible. |
