Introduction	I have been married for 15 years to my best friend Jason and we have 3 awesome kids. Canyon is 7, Cadence is 6 and Coda is 4 1/2. We moved to South Carolina 5 years ago for my husband's job. I grew up in Michigan so it was a little culture shock to move, but I am loving the weather here now and have met some really great people and friends! I love God and am excited to incorporate Him with nutritional struggles. It's the only way to get through them! My desire is to help others change their diet, change their life and change their world!
