Introduction In 2006 I purchased a giclee business from a friend and fellow artist when he retired to Vancouver Island. Lacking a name, I submitted gicleecanada.com for a website and got the name. There is a gicleecanada.ca out of Calgary which I have absolutely no affilliation with. I consider myself a digital designer, traditional painter, sculptor and since 2006 also a digital print maker. Received my BA from the University of Saskatchewan way back in 1966. The intervening 38 years was a worldwide journey in the communication and design community creating everything from new products and advertising to world fair exhibits. Today I continue to paint when I'm not scanning art and producing giclees for select BC artists from my studio and Alley Gallery overlooking False Creek. My work has appeared at the The Federation of Canadian Artists Gallery, The Ferry Building Gallery, the Silk Purse Gallery, the West Vancouver Library, the West Vancouver Municiple Hall, the Kay Meek Centre for the Performing Arts, Havana Gallery Theatre, The Amelia Douglas Gallery Restaurant and is in many homes around the globe.
