Introduction | M. Scott Laemmle – the M. stands for Michael. Why do I go by Scott instead of Michael? This is something my parents did to me. They liked Michael Scott better than Scott Michael, but they liked Scott better than Michael. Go figure. I am a consultant and have worked on engagements with many fortune 500 companies, primarily in the Telecom, Financial Services, and Pharmaceutical industries. I enjoy my work, but I am constantly seeking ways to express my creativity in ways that I do not get to in my work. I have an eclectic array of interests, and I have begun to create blogs so that I can categorize and work on those interests. Feel free to check them out and provide any feedback. I graduated with a business degree from Penn State, an MBA from George Mason University, VA, and did post-graduate work at George Washington University. I have held executive positions at a number of successful start-up ventures. Yes, but can Scott sing??? I will let you be the judge. Check out the audio clip in my profile, as I sing the Big Brown Owl with my then two year old son… (Sorry - audio clip is off-line since I switched hosting companies. I will post again soon.) |
