| Introduction | This is the Blog of the participants of the Sparks Wrexham LEJOG 2012 which raised over £12,000 for the charity. Next stop Monaco! . After completing that we have carried on cycling in our very own, very amateur little group; MMVT. This stands for Man or Muppet Velcro Team which proves how seriously we take things. MMVT has regular Saturday morning coffee expeditions and occasionally, we like to test if we are improving in Sportives. |
