Introduction I have 3 great loves in life. God, my family, and exercise. My wife and children are amazing and have been very supportive while I have received my education. Receiving my undergraduate training in Exercise Science, I naturally have a passion for learning and teaching about how the body functions. I love sharing how the body is able to heal itself, and perform exercise to improve overall health. I love training myself and others for athletic events. I lift weights, run, and train for 5Ks as well as weekend warrior sporting events. I have been helping my wife prepare for Ragnar. I am also helping my brother prepare for a martial arts tournament. I am currently helping others overcome challenges like PTSD, depression, obesity, malnourishment, etc., while also training some individuals in specific sports. With America becoming more unhealthy, I started this blog to help people achieve better health, be informed about good nutrition, and to help people be motivated to exercise as well as achieve their exercise goals in order to become happier and healthier. This is the American dream, and right to have "Life, Liberty, and ...Happiness..."
