Introduction The first meal I remember making was welsh rarebit (talk about old school!), and my brother helped me. We confused one teaspoon of salt for one tablespoon of salt, and I learned my first culinary lesson at the age of 8 -- always read your recipe carefully, especially when it comes to salt! I'm an LA native with a devout passion for food, cooking, and, most especially, eating! I'll be blogging about meals I've enjoyed, recipes I've made, and my adventures as a foodie.
