| Introduction | I'm a stay-at-home mom who is beginning to remember that there's more to me than that. I'm accepting a challenge from myself to publish something - essay, fiction, poetry, rant, whatever - every weekday this year...which is why the title of this blog is "This May Get Ugly." Because I'm sure it will. The idea is to get me writing more regularly, but there will be days when I just can't. On those days, I've given myself permission to post something written previously, as long as it's mine. Since I'm sure they'll appear regularly in my posts, I'll introduce "My Crew": there's my amazing husband of 7 years, Drew; our four-and-a-half-year-old son, H; our almost-three-year-old daughter, R; and our nine-month-old daughter, Z. |
