Introduction | My nickname is The Raptor. Why you ask? I was given this nickname 10 years ago by my Buddy Rick Dare, who thought I was 'all Teeth and Stomach', Nice, huh? In all seriousness, as long as I can remember, I have always had this thing for Food. Call it an Obsession or even a Love Affair... I don't know what it is, but I've always loved Food. My mind is constantly wrapped around Food. Moving from Philly to San Francisco and now New York, one Foodie city after another, only helped my Obsession with Food to grow.. I started this blog to share my Dining Experiences with you, and honestly, let's face it, I'm no food critic by any means. In my blog I occasionally write my own point-of-views, but please know that I do my best to be as fair and objective as possible and I typically try to go or have gone to these restaurants several times before I write about them. I promise to always try to Keep it Real. So there you have it, I'm here to share my views on Food and My Most Memorable Dining Experiences with You... Yours in Food -The Urban Food Maven Thanks for your support & I truly hope you enjoy what I have to say... |
