Introduction	I have a degree in Graphic Design from the University of Houston. However, I really don't use that degree very often. My first love is painting/drawing and most graphic design is computer oriented. I discovered colored pencils in 2011 and immediately fell in love with the medium. It is wonderful to be able to walk into my studio, pick up a pencil and get right to work. No mixing of paint and no messy clean-up when I am finished. When I'm not creating art, I am knitting or working on my "farmlet." I am a shepherdess and raise Babydoll Southdown sheep. I'm very thankful to be married to the same wonderful man for 22 years. We have two kids: ages 19 and 13.
