Introduction	Chuck Dalldorf is now part of the new economy, unemployed after being Chief of Staff to the Mayor of Sacramento (who lost re-election in November) for ten years. Chuck has been a staff member to a Member of Congress, as well as a staff member to a former State Senator and former Speaker of the State Assembly in California. He has worked on many statewide and local political campaigns throughout California. Chuck is writing this blog for the Centre for Scottish Public Policy (CSPP). Chuck spoke at our Edinburgh City Region event last year.
