| Introduction | Phoenix Dragon Martial Arts is a family business established in 2010 in Port Angeles, WA. It is run by husband David, wife Meghan and daughter Ella. They teach Jun Sa (Warrior) Hap-Ki-Do, a Korean style combat martial art that literally means “The way of coordinated power.” This Self-defensive martial art (instructing ages 3 though adult) applies both long and close range techniques to submit/disable an attacker. Hapkido emphasizes circular motion, non-resisting movements, emphasizing control of one’s self as well as the attacker. Meghan also teaches Warrior Fit, a cardio kickboxing, core strengthening fitness class to complement our martial art training. |
