Introduction	I am 30 years man in Somaliland where I was born. I am local community philanthropist that works with humanitarian and development organizations in Somaliland. I am local consultant but I have been working as a project manager, capacity builder and trainer for international and local NGOs since my graduation from Amoud University in 2005. Further, I have been working in the field of education as teacher/lecturer for 6 years at University of Burao and Secondary Schools in Burao. I am Social and English lecturer. I am on the staircase bridging me into where I can contribute progress to the voiceless poor in Somaliland and to uplift the lives of our boys and girls, and mothers and children dying of hunger. I want to lead our people into path steering them from a gloomy horizon into gladness and glory. I am development-minded worker that is dedicated himself to empower and influence the poor and marginalized ones through exerting a benevolent fortitude and my technical skills.
