| Introduction | My name is Martin Lafontaine, proud participant of my employer GlaxosmithKline Volunteer Program: PULSE 'Be the Change'. For the next 5 months, I will be working and bringing my expertise to the Project HOPE UK Team on the development and implementation of an innovative and unique Community Development Program, which will be looking at pushing the boundaries and establishing a Model of Excellence in the care of orphans and other vulnerable childrens in the developping Countries, focusing on local empowerment for local sustainability.
