| Introduction | I started knitting in 1999 and have identified myself as a Knitter ever since. I started designing my own projects almost immediately thanks to the confidence I gained from reading Elizabeth Zimmermann, Maggie Righetti, and Barbara G. Walker. I began teaching knitting classes through River Knits Fine Yarns (now closed) in 2003. Since River Knits Closed, I've been teaching independently. I'm at a place in my life now (2019) that I feel like I can start devoting more time to designing as well. |
