| Introduction | I run a management consultancy in Melbourne and live with my wife on a small farm near the city. I recently completed a doctoral thesis at the Australian Catholic University on the nature of governance and organisation, based on the ideas of Canadian Jesuit theologian, Bernard Lonergan SJ. For the past fifteen years, I have been bringing Lonergan to 'market' - helping practising managers appreciate the capacities and powers of their own minds, and to know better what they are doing when they are thinking, deciding and acting, alone or with others. |
