Introduction	My name is Julia Meyer and though I'm originally from northern New York (the very tip - close to Canada), I am enjoying my 6th year here in Arizona. I am a teacher and have expanded my previous work to a full-time business. This is my business-related blog, so have a good look around and let me know if you have any questions!
Interests	working with children (my favorite age is 7-9ish), hiking, running, playing piano, composing on the piano, friend game nights, learning from current research on human development
Favorite movies	very few. Just saw Inception. BBC's Pride & Prejudice (but I don't think I've ever gotten all the way through it in one sitting). Life is Beautiful (in French).
Favorite music	Listening (in no particular order): Simon & Garfunkel, "classical" instrumental smaller ensembles, Gaelic, Amelie soundtrack, Finding Neverland soundtrack, Gregorian chant, Frank Sinatra etc, basically a big mix!
Favorite books	hmmm. Good children's literature. Currently reading Godel-Escher-Bach (a very cool book). C.S Lewis. A book my brother gave me for Christmas called Thinking Fast and Slow. (still have to read) Anything related to my professional field.
