| Introduction | In 2012 two very important things happened that changed my life forever. My husband and I made the documentary 'Somm' and we had a baby. Before the film I was perfectly happy with a $10 bottle of Chardonnay and had all the time in the world to drink. Now my days of day drinking and late nights are pretty much non-existant so when this mommy does get to indulge, the wine better be worth it! That being said - I am no sommelier. And though I generally prefer to drink a French Chablis I still reserved the right to consume a nice glass of oaked to hell Chard every once in a while. Also the term 'drink responsibly' takes on a whole new meaning when a little human depends on you so as much as I love my vino, moderation is the key.
