About me

Introduction	I am originally from the southern tier of New York. I received my Bachelors in Science from SUNY Binghamton in May 2005. I married my wonderful husband in July of 2005. We spent that summer being camp counselors to 20 teenagers - what an unusual honeymoon! In August we moved to Kirksville, MO where he began becoming a doctor at KCOM and I worked as a research assistant in the microbiology department. I also began work on my Masters in Public Health through A.T. Still University. We moved to Massillon, Ohio where I worked for GOJO in their research department. I also briefly worked for the Stark County Parks Department as an educator. I finished my MPH [EH] in May 2008. We welcomed our first child, Ezekiel in May, 2009, six weeks later we moved to Michigan where my husband continued his medical education with residency. In December 2011 we welcomed the exciting arrival of our daughter, Yeannette, in the front seat of our car while on the way to the birth center! We will be moving back to upstate NY this summer, and I can't wait to see what the future brings.
