Introduction	I am a dedicated safety, environmental, and sustainability professional with a solid background in mining engineering. With over a decade of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) roles, I have worked on a range of high-stakes projects that have equipped me with a diverse skill set and deep industry knowledge. My career includes roles such as HSE Manager for onshore pipeline construction and process plant renovation in a gold mining company, and HSE Supervisor for a sea-to-shore gas pipeline. I’ve served as HSE Internal Auditor for the Australian High Commission and Cal Bank Headquarters in Accra, and coordinated HSE efforts for gold exploration and mining development projects. Guided by IFC and World Bank standards, I ensure compliance and foster a culture of safety and sustainability. My engineering background and practical experience allow me to effectively manage HSE complexities in diverse environments. I am passionate about sustainability and environmental stewardship, seeking innovative solutions that balance operational efficiency with ecological responsibility, aiming to create safe, sustainable, and efficient working environments.
