Introduction	My name is Fran, and this is my blog. I have a B.S. in Computer Science which I was putting to good use until April, when my job was outsourced to another country. God's timing is perfect however and a week after my last day I discovered He was asking me to take on a leadership position with a BSF, and He had cleared my schedule so there wouldn't be any conflicts. I've struggled with what to do with myself over the last couple months, and 2 things continually come back to me - cooking and coding. I've tried to spend time reteaching myself application development and have planned many cooking expeditions, but without real structure to my day I'm not doing all that well. I decided to start this blog to share my cooking experiences, and to document what I cook, and how I cooked it. Hopefully this will be a way to grow more in my cooking.
