Introduction	was born in Kobe, moved to Chicago IL, U.S.A. came back to Takarazuka Hyogo, Japan. studied nutrition in University in Japan. worked in food manufacture company as a sales in Osaka Japan. worked in French culinary art school (Le Cordon Bleu) as a student service and sales for 3.5 years in Kobe Japan. studied cooking at Natural Gourmet Institute in NY U.S.A. now am working in pastry shop in Brooklyn NY. 神戸に生まれ、アメリカシカゴに引っ越し兵庫県宝塚市に帰国。大学で栄養学を学ぶ。食品メーカーでセールスとして働く。フランス料理学校(ル・コルドン・ブルー）にて３年半にわたりステューデントサービス＆セールスとして働く。ニューヨークのナチュラルグルメ料理学校にて料理を学ぶ。現在ニューヨークブルックリンのペーストリーにてベーカー（パティシエ）として勤務。
