| Introduction | I have just returned from backpacking the Way of St James or the Frances Route of the Camino de Santiago de Compestela and I found it to be the most positive, physically different, exhiliarating challenge of my life. I learned much more than I could have ever guessed and met people from all over the world who were/are kind, genuinely concerned and always helpful. It was the best experience of my life. I am craving more. I will do this until I drop. With the exercise factor factored in, I hope that is a very long time. I am now a pilgrim or peregrina in search of greater meaning in life. |
