| Introduction | I am an overeducated woman with too much on my mind. I have degrees in geology/chemistry, environmental sciences, urban planning, and I'm a lawyer. What I really want is to be a hermit and live in a cabin in the woods where I can slow down and enjoy life. I struggle daily with the meaning of my life, and the meaning of existence in general. Despite it all, I believe everything happens for a reason. This blog is my way of working through what happens to discover those reasons. |

| Favorite Books | I have spent several years lost in sci-fi/fantasy, but seek out biographies and autobiographies of inspirational people. I relish how normal some of the most fantastic people in history actually were. I also read a lot of how-to and self-help books. I crave knowledge. |
