| Introduction | The transformation of my life has opened me to the discovery of who I really am. I AM. It's as if I have been turned inside out, upside down, and dark has become light. My greatest joy, my bliss is to help and assist others to find better and more lasting peace, health and harmony. I have a regular full-time healing arts practice in which I incorporate several different primary tools to reach balance and healing within the FIVE BODY SYSTEM. |

| Favorite movies | I don't care much for violent films, I do enjoy comedy, and film that is inspiring to me. |
| Favorite music | Oddly, I love Bluegrass, Delta Blues, Zydeco, and Calypso. I adore The Neville Brothers, and Smooth Jams, R&B, old school Motown, pop from the 60's and 70's. |
